Mission Statement

e-Solutions mission is to provide creative and innovative employment solutions via partnerships with industry and individuals who are disenfranchised and who cannot work outside their homes because of their particular disability or the need for them to be available as care-givers in their homes.

Purpose of Grant

The purpose of the grant is to train participants to acquire skills in their areas of computing, data entry and telecommunications, to purchase office equipment and supplies to support the initial participants in the program, and to provide a stipend and health insurance to the participants while the program is being developed and perfected.  The e-Solutions staff will work with the participants to place them in jobs in industry that will allow the participants to be gainfully employed despite their disabilities, and to support themselves and become more independent.
