Successful non-profits have unique ideas, curricula, and business models that can be replicated in other communities. People say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but when others “copy” you, it doesn’t help your bottom line!

This roundtable, attended by a group of foundation and non-profit directors, discussed copyright, trademarks, patents, and licensing and franchising strategies that can extend a program’s outreach and enhance its revenue generating operations.
